May be yesterday's news, but there still trying to get Europeans to cull

I had a Charge 5 and it went tits up after a year. :-(

I like the Amazfit Bip 3 I have. One minor issue is that the calorie counter
does not add in the BMR (basal metabolic rate).

Also, it counts calories differently when, say, Free Training is in progress. I
forget to turn off the training and a couple hours later it shows huge calorie
counts.

It does have a lot of watch faces, some free, some a couple or 3 bucks.
One of them I swear uses the Artwiz font.

It's rather dull but the ideas behind it are very good. Clearly, the

I would have hoped that by this point, those same people would consult
his track record in deciding whether they want to support him again or
not. In reality, DeSantis' record looks much better and Ramaswamy does a
lot better when being pressed by the obsolete media. People should not
ignore that he didn't do much to stop illegal entry into the country
(they actually stopped themselves for fear of what he might do) and he
was responsible for locking down the country, regardless of the excuses
he uses. The poisonous "vaccine" was also created under his presidency
and he takes great pride in reminding everyone about that.
Unfortunately, a lot of people who vote Republican aren't actually
conservative and will choose charisma over common sense.

It's not much better in Canada. While people are getting into your
country by walking across the border, they do that here once the
American government has told them to leave and others simply land in our
airports and decide to stick around. They are "refugees" but noone has
any idea what it is that they are running from. Quebec has already
complained to the Canadian government that the situation is untenable,
that they can't financially support these parasites and requested that
our virtuous prime minister stop inviting them in. However, the response
has been that the province is on its own, meaning that money which would
have gone into education or law enforcement is instead being used to
feed and house the parasites without any support by the woke asshole who
told them to come right on in. As a result of an existing housing
shortage and the influx of these parasites, houses are unaffordable even
when they are literally broken-down shacks. In addition to that, crime
is increasing because the "doctors and engineers" from the Third World
never do anything other than drain government finances need some extra
money and it is clear, even to the dumbest individual, that Western
Civilization is collapsing by _design_.

I liked DeSantis a lot before I knew a bit more about him. Now that he's not
getting much traction in the election he's coming across as a bit vicious
and petty. I think he's a closet neo-CON.

Ramaswamy is pretty good at soundbites, but he (through one of his
companies) invested $110 million into Pfizer stock when they were making a
killing (in more ways than one) with their almost completely untested mRNA
shot.

Trump talks a lot but he doesn't back up a lot of it with action. I don't
know why Democrats whine about him so much. What "horrible" things has he
actually done. He definitely didn't drain the swamp as he kept picking swamp
creatures for his cabinet.

But our economy was in a hell of a lot better condition off under Trump than
under whoever pulls the senile puppet's strings now.

The same thing is happening in the U.S. Listen to the whining coming from
New York and Chicago as Governor Abbot moves illegal aliens to those cities.
Biden is ignoring their pleas for help as well. Sleazeball. Biden should be
impeached for the illegal alien plague alone. Instead he tries to threaten
Texas because they've taken action to block the entry of these illegal
aliens — doing the job the federal government is supposed to be doing.

Democrats could argue that his actions set the economy up for the
difficulties being faced right now, especially with inflation. After
all, he locked the country and caused supply chain issues. However, he'd
just blame the ones who recommended the action to him.

They don't want to stop the huge influx of third-world garbage because
most of them have the pre-requisites to become a Democrat voter, namely
a complete lack of common sense and a belief that they deserve someone
else's wealth. I can't stand that the problem is now appearing in my
area too. The parasites coming here don't even mind being interviewed by
the local media, with claims that they're here because they love the
education system. We all know that they have no interest in actually
getting an education anyway, but they don't deserve to be given entry
anyway especially since we don't know who they are and what their
academic credentials are. If they were to apply, they should be at the
very bottom of the list of what's considered because of their status
alone, ASSUMING they actually intend to study and become useful.
Instead, like every other leftist shithole, they'll probably be
considered _above_ everyone else and have their complete lack of
credentials disregarded because it would be "racist" to expect
candidates to know how to do more than write their own name.

At this point, it's pretty clear that the housing shortage is going to
worsen, that entry into academia is going to be increasingly difficult,
that jobs will be harder to acquire if you're a young person entering
the workforce and pay much less. It's going to be the very fast death of
Western Civilization because the majority here is too afraid to be
called "racist" to tell these third-world parasites to fuck off and tell
the politicians enabling them that they are pieces of shit.

Ann Coulter, for all of her over the top style, was an early Trump
supporter when the rest of the world was never Trump. It wasn't too far
into his administration when she started posting how many miles of wall
had been built -- zero.

In 2016 Scott Adams wrote a book about why Trump was going to win, again
at a time when he was a very long shot. The GOP should read it. It was
about style and framing arguments, not politics per se. That's where
DeSantis is weak.

His whole background is pharma. His companies would gamble by buying
patents that had never been carried to fruition and trying to make them
work. Innovative but the pharmaceutical industry leaves me cold.

Democrats love new voters; Republicans love cheap labor and new consumers.
Neither give a damn about the country with extremely few exceptions.

I don't pay any attention to that. I'm mostly interesting in HR and steps/
distance. I've got an oximeter that I got during the covid thing that I
trust more for that function.

I'm curious about the steps algorithm. At the gym I use the treadmill,
bike, or stair stepper in the cardio mode so my hands are on the cardio
electrodes and I'm not going anywhere but it comes up with a high step
count and distance.

Those gadgets are all bullshit.

None of you are crossing the Death Valley every day. So their just
amusements, nothing more.

The proper work out is based on what a a human body is made for, and
doing a lot of experimentation with the latter in mind, never departing
from it. Each body is in a different state, so you just have to
experiment and see results for yourself, instead of following someone
else's procedures and recommendations.

I experimented for two years! And I eventually even cured my diabetes by
the appropriate amounts and frequencies of "work out" and food intake
that I found to match my state of health.

Each one of you should do the same if you want to get anywhere with your
crazy cro-magnon work outs.

I remember that and am glad that she was able to quickly criticize the
man when everyone else on her side of the political fence was making
excuses for him.

At this point, it's pretty clear that neither DeSantis nor Haley will be
the nominee anyway.

True, but I like being amused. A long time ago I had a heart rate monitor
that required a chest strap and a watch like monitor. I found out that
after hiking up mountains most of my life I had a finely tuned sense of
how fast I could move without going anaerobic. Putting a number on it
didn't add anything.

This is what I'm talking about. You have to experiment on your own body
yourself. And it takes a lot of time. Nobody else can do it for you.
Nobody else would know how.

There's a lot more than the lockdowns, though I think I think those came
with Biden, not Trump. There's also the completely uncontrolled illegal
alien issue (with all the special privileges they get) and there's the
shutting down of oil pipelines and exploration. There's also the billion$
going to Ukraine.

Can't argue with any of this. The illegal aliens go to the front of the line
for just about everything. Definitely a population replacement plan. It's
already pretty much done its job in Europe and we're not that far behind.

True. Republicans make the right noises but, somehow, with a majority in the
House and Senate and Trump as president they didn't really get much done.
Not on illegal immigration or the so-called "affordable health insurance."
When the Republicans had a majority in the House and Senate, they could get
legislation passed to get rid of Obama Care. But, somehow, when Trump was
president (and that legislation could have actually could have been signed
into law, they just somehow couldn't get anything passed. Slimeballs. Bought
and paid for by Big Pharma. Has anyone noticed their insurance premiums
going down since ObamaCare? — after all it's "affordable" now, don't you
know?

I get the idea DeSantis feels entitled and is peevish that things are not
going his way. I liked some of the things he did in Florida but he started
showing some of his character flaws in this presidential run. At least
that's the way I see it.
