Hello,

I'm looking at "TID 1502 Time Point Context" to properly encode orthodontic progress in orthodontic photography. I have noticed a discrepancy in the values accepted for

"Longitudinal Temporal Event Type" -> CID-280
"Time Point Type" -> CID-6146

As these concepts are similar, one would expect their values to be similar. In fact, they both share "Baseline", as an accepted value.

However in CID-280, Baseline is listed as "DCM-121079", while in CID-6146, it is listed as "UMLS-C1442488".

Are we (developers) really expected to keep track of both of these codes? Or should this be rectified in DICOM?
