I am wondering what the thought process was to have the element 'AcquisitionDateTime' and elements 'AcquisitionDate' and 'AcquisitionTime'. Is the value of combining the AcquisitionDate and AcquisitionTime tthe same as the value of AcquisitionDateTime?

If you also consider the value from Timezone Offset From UTC (0008,0201), then yes I believe those are interchangeable.
