Canon NE software
Error Code E04050201B
Description:
DICOM communication has been interrupted. There may be a problem in the settings of the system or that of the other.

Additional Info:
MWL (C-Find)
(Reason not specified)

You can echo and ping the MWL server and it replies. The AE Title, IP and Port are all correct as well.

Could this be a permission problem on the MWL Server, if so how can I change the permissions so you can query the MWL.

Hi Bill,

Just checked in on the list and saw your posting.
As you guessed, it could be a configuration issue at either end, but should be pretty quick to work out and resolve with access to the systems.
Assuming you're in the U.S., you can contact Canon Service ("ASSIST") at 800-521-1968.
(They'll need info to identify your site and system ID, etc.)
