* Modified call to hb_compStripFuncLines() to be called on 'iPass > 0' instead of 'iPass == 2'
to fix stripping of line numbers for empty lines
* source/compiler/hbfix.c
+ Added logic to hb_p_pushlocal() to convert to HB_P_NOOP if followed by HB_P_POP
This optimizes out liness like this:
