For anyone that might be interested I just published an MIT Licensed, open source, php repository on GitHub that implements an SQL Migration tool which can port databases from any support SQL platform (MsSql, MySql, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Sqlite) using native PDO or ODBC drivers, to any of those same supported platforms, with just 3 lines of code (plus your credentials).

I have developed it for research and tested it on my company's MsSql to successfully migrate it into MySql.

Feedback and code contributions are always appreciated.
