in dbedit() - does 'readonly' SEEK 'faster' in server-client setup.

e.g. 3 client systems open the same dbf+ntxs file at the same time:
use abc inde abc1,abc2,abc3,abc4 READONLY - (will readonly make any difference in speed in 'seek')
SEEK clientname
