Logging in somewhere is an application specific issue (by the way, an OS
like Linux, Windows, MacOS etc. are also in some sense a kind of
applications) also and has nothing to do with a(n programing) language.

Are you talking about a login to a specific application, which is
written in Mumps or are you talking about a license login into a
specific Mumps system (like Cache) which uses licensing?
