I just discovered it accidentally. Basically it's a ruby but it compiles to native exe, with statically linked libraries built into executable, thus exe is big but relies only on clean system install, no runtime libs required.

I found a lot of interesting projects coded in Crystal, but all of them hobby projects and open source. Have you heard about the platform? ANy commercial experience with it?
