There was a solar data one but it stopped working some time ago, and the guy
who ported it over isn't into BBSes anymore, apparently.

I've been thinking there should be one that shows band conditions.

You might try checking at The Thunderbolt BBS - telnet to
tbolt.synchro.net:5723 or http://tbolt.synchro.net. He is no longer on the
networks but the BBS is still up and he used to have a lot of HAM resources
available.

I am not 100% sure the telnet port is correct, but the BBS web interface
was answering calls as of a few minutes ago.
