For ESR relases:

In a browser it currently shows this explaination for the failure
that's been going on all day:
"Error message: Proxy connection timed out: target website might be
blocking our access, you can host your own RSSHub instance for a
better usability."

Hopefully they haven't been permanently blocked and I won't have to
run my own instance.

I was offered 115.2.1 ESR yesterday on the Windows 8.1 machine.

Huh. 115.2.1 ESR is specific to Windows 7, 8.1, and 10. 102.15.1 is for
Windows 7 and later. Why are two ESRs being maintained?

They always have had an overlap period where two ESR versions are
maintained so that people can transition over. I switched to 115
with the latest scheduled ESR release so I'd have a month to revert
back to 102 if I needed to sort out anything mucked up by 115.

There are plenty of changes in 115 that I don't like, as usual,
but thankfully nothing that I really need to fix.
