How are you running HA? Via HAOS (sd card image), via Docker on another OS,
via direct install using a shell script?

Than ks for your replay

HaOs is in 11.3 via sdcard; HA core is in 2023.12.4 and cannot upgrade
to 2024.1.1.
A reboot does not resolve the problem.
