Anyone else having problems with Virtualbox after the recent update? My
VB freezes completely when I select "Save the machine state". It starts
at 0% and stays there forever. The only way to stop it is to xkill the
process.

The last lines in the log files show this:

00:01:58.818644 GUI: Saving VM state..
00:01:58.821605 Console: Machine state changed to 'Saving'
00:01:58.848940 Changing the VM state from 'SUSPENDED' to 'SAVING'
00:01:58.857810 GUI: UIMediumEnumerator: Medium-enumeration finished!

That's it. After that no more entries. I have never had this problem
before, this only started after the latest VB update.

Did the update occur within the VB or was it a LM update?

7.0.16 has some problems.

Thank you. Switching back to 7.0.14 did indeed solve the problem.
I think I'm going to stick with this version now.
