I can import online, but how do I import locally from my local drive
without a web site?

The following is based on my Windows 7 configuration. Your Linux
configuration should be similar.

1. Launch SeaMonkey.

2. On the PrefBar toolbar, right-click and select Customize PrefBar in
the pull-down context menu.

3. In the PrefBar window, right-click anywhere in the right-hand Enabled
Items area and select Import in the pull-down context menu.

4. In the "Import Buttons from File" window, navigate to the location of
the .btn file, select the file, and then select the Open button.

5. The new button will be at the very end of the PrefBar toolbar. Drag
and drop it in the Enabled Items area corresponding to where you really
want it to appear in the toolbar.

6. On the PrefBar window, select the OK button.
