This new release

* adds support for (more) valid PDF output with LuaTeX by counting
@<named sections@> correctly

* fixes a few 'outline' entries (bookmarks) in GFtoDVI (and possibly
other WEB codes)

* fixes a warning from HiTeX with regards to its own 'outlines'
(which can not be displayed with HintView at this time)
