Changes since the last version:

- Added new option for hiding the solutions/answers
- Added another title style, named "formal title"
- Stop using the style "classical" of the base class, instead,
just define the \maketitle from scratch
- The logo size can now be set via either `logo height` or `logo width`
- Added `\pretitle` to print extra information
- Added some vertical spacing in lists
- Added new example documents of an exercise sheet, with or
without answer

I would like to thank David García-Zelada for kindly revising
some of the inaccuracies in the Spanish demo document.
