Hello folks

Over the past month, we've been encoutering a new problem with
printers: some simply go offline for no reason whatsoever, refusing
all atempts to go back online. If I remove them, when I reconect them
they take the name of another printer allready installed. Usually we
need to remove/reinstall 2-3 times, with reboots, to fix this...

This is a known problem. MS screwed up, again, with one of their
‘updates’. See

check the setting "let MS set default printer" check box in printer
settings.
