Is anyone else having fun with patch:openSUSE-SLE-15.4-2022-3128-1?

It wants to update gtk3-branding-openSUSE but there is a conflict, it
says it requires libgtk-3-0 = 3.24.31 but the installed level is 3.24.34

Thanks for the link. I'll assume they noticed that a second package
which came out a few hours later has the same dependency.
openSUSE-2022-10115. It looks as though 3128 is 10115 on steroids so
fixing that will render 10115 unnecessary.
