SM 2.53.15 does not work on ebay.de anymore. The pages are displayed
correctly, but it is not possible to add something to the cart or buy
something directly. Since I last shopped on ebay.de a few months ago, I
don't know if it's only since SM 2.53.15. Is there any way to make SM
2.53.15 compatible with ebay.de?

Firefox/Chromium for shopping, cart and payments. Barry

Same here for 253.14 US. I use SM for browsing ebay then move to
another comp that has FF for buying.

Barry, what problem are you having with ebay.com.au with SM

I just went there (after entering their new code for identification) and
don't seem to be having any problem with browsing. Just to check, I
added a LI battery to my cart, went to my cart ..... (hmm!! no pretty
pictures showing, though they were showing on the previous page).

Clicking on the "Go to checkout" button and waiting (for
backstory.ebay.com.au) .... and waiting .... and waiting!!

Is this the problem you identified, Barry??

Got it in one!
Can't use the purchase-buttons to shop.
Cart appears to work but doesn't accept payments.
also the eBay pages' scroll-arrows come and go randomly, so it is
difficult to view suggested horizontal rows of pictures past the window
borders, i.e. no vertical scrolling which has been a n issue for me for
months - or more.
My account page lists and menus still work fine. HTH. Barry.

Should also mention that only the first item gets into the cart. Can't
add subsequent items to the cart. HTH Barry.

Cart needs the new regexp code. I don't have an eta sorry. Added some more
javascript prerequisites in lately but sidetracked more often than not.

ebay usablity seems to go down with every update even on supported browsers
but that is something I see with every new page design now. Working brains
left at the door when it comes to web design these days it seems.

Also, the Make Offer function (ebay.co.uk) is broken: says unable to
"connect to our servers" although the pop-up content seems to have been
fetched (yes, let's fetch the HTML as a field in JSON).

In the particular case the target item was available for £10 instead of
£12 from the Brazilian jungle. Hahahahahahaha
