Have one of the above machines, with onboard low end graphics
adapter. I want to replace this with a more capable adapter,
but neither Radeon nor Nvidia types are seen or enabled by the
bios. Seems to be no facility in the bios to disable the
onboard adapter either.

With Proliant G8, for example there is a bios option to disable
on board video in favour of an added pcie card, so is there
any way around this for this machine ?...
