Hi Everyone,

OpenSSL 3.1.0 is now available on the ITUGLIB website. This is a new series for OpenSSL in support of the FIPS 140-3 standard (applicable to the L-series build because J-series OpenSSL does not support FIPS). The 3.1.0 series is being built using PRNGD for J-series and the x86 hardware randomizer for L-series. For more information about this release series, please go to https://openssl.org.

Current releases of other series are 3.0.8 and 1.1.1t. There is a fix release expected out in a month or two for a low impact CVE that will be for all current series. If you need 1.0.2zh, please arrange a support contract with my company (you can reply to me directly).

Other packages from ITUGLIB will slowly move to support 3.1 also. We will not be dropping support for 3.0 products at this time.
