How to find and resend emails that didnt' go the first time.

I was pleased that with version 5 of Agent, I didn't have to use
stunnel**, and I could send email copies to friends.

This worked fine until I went to Guatemala. Then the email portion
stopped working and I got an error message box.

Now that I'm back, is there any simple way to find the emails that did
not get sent. I've looked in Outbox, Drafts, and Sent tables of
contents, and there is no sign. In version 1.93, in the outbox, there
was a colored icon when part of it hadn't worked. Hard to believe they
didn't duplicate that feature in later versions. Or do I have to look
at each item in the Sent or Outbox to find those with email addresses
and then what, to resend only the email parts? There were about 10
with emails out of 30 or more total.

(I blamed Guatemala, but it doesn't seem to be working even now that I'm
back.)

**Stunnel worked fine for me for 5 or 10 years but I couldn't get it to
work this last time. So I'm glad it's built in to to versions 4 and 5.

Have you tried...

[Agent 5.00] Action >> Send Messages in Outbox
[Agent 1.93] Online >> Post Usenet and Email Messages

There are two different kinds of errors sending email:
(4xx) Temporary errors where you can retry sending as above when
conditions allow, without even needing to find and open the
unsent email;
(5xx) Permanent errors where you must edit the email to make sure
all the fields are filled in correctly.

It is important to know which kind of error you got. You have not
told us the error message.
