Summary description: OpenType version of the kpfonts (Type1) designed by Christophe Caignaert

Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
- Text fonts: option veryoldstyle completely redesigned, the
substitution from `s' to `ſ', based on French/English rules,
is now handled by "StylisticSet=12". Option longs (LuaTeX) deleted.

- Maths fonts:
- smaller variant added for \widehat, \widetilde, \widecheck.
- Vertical variants added for \vert, \Vert, \Vvert.
- Added extensible integral for U+222B (usable with luametatex).
