The enigmail.net states Thunderbird is no longer supported...does this
also imply that SeaMonkey is unsupported as well?

IIRC, Thunderbird absorbed enigmail into its codebase

SM was desupported with 3.0.9 or so. The beta shows that it might/will be
supported again. Feedback will help I am sure.

I stopped supporting SeaMonkey in the past because it was too much
effort for me, given the large user base on Thunderbird. Now that I
don't need to support those many users anymore, I have more time and can
officially support SeaMonkey again. I will continue to support SeaMonkey
as long as it will be based on Thunderbird 60 or 68.
