Now that Windows 11 will run on older systems, I'm curious if the upgrade
from Windows 10 Home or Windows 10 Pro is free or if there is a charge?

They already announced that it would be a free upgrade the same way 10
was. I imagine that it will even update illegal licenses much like its
predecessor did.
