I have put a new version on another computer

I do not want agent to down load all my existing emails on the virgin server
only to see one week

Is there any way I can tell agent to update the data base so it sees that it has downloaded all my
emails

No Agent will redownload all email messages that appear new on the
computer. You can copy the C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Forte\Agent
files to the new machine and it will not redownoad your emails.

You can easily do this with WINRAR.

Hi Sam

Sorry did not explain my self

Virgin is a new email account so Not used agent on it before

So there is no data in the new load of agent on that computer

So the other agent is another email account

I thought years ago I did see where Ralph put how to alter something in the INI file
