My mate has got 1000s of emails on his bt account

He does not want agent to download all of them if he goes on line.

Can I setup agent so it will only download one months of his emails?

Or can I set it up just to down download a few

I know I can go into to his bt account and delete them BUT it can only delete 50 at a time so will
take 6 years to do that.
