fix the bug of duplicated punctuation when journal is absent.

add a cmd SlashFont to control the font of slash。

add length BracketLift to raise vertical position of bracket and parenthesis by
modifying the cmds such as bibleftparen, gbleftparen, and so on。

add a integer field refnumber to be used as the labelnumber

add an option gbfootbibfmt to implement the label substitution of the same
reference in the footnote bibliography.
