Good point. I was about to say something similar.

For completeness, there probably should be a ".vimrc_after" file, that
would be sourced *after* all the other stuff has been sourced. This would
have addressed the instant problem - it is not hard to imagine situations
where it would be useful - where you need to clean up some mess made by a
plugin. I've seen other software where something like this is provided
(the user can supply both "before" and "after" files to be sourced).

Of course, as shown in my first solution to the instant problem, the
"F-You" solution, you can use kludge it using "au" command(s), but still,
it'd be nice if one didn't need to go that route.

I suspect that if you attach a function to the VimEnter autocommand, it will
be run after the plugins. (Again, see :help startup.)
