Win XP Pro

I want to disable this.

I went into services and disable Messenger. ? Same as Live ?
Booted but WLM started.

I went into services and Manual Messenger.
Booted but WLM started.

So where do I get at WLM ?

Something here maybe ?

I would think the entry point would be Programs and features
control panel, as RaymondCC shows here. It is possible a later
version of Windows Live package, doesn't have Messenger in it.
