Version 8

I have gone to it twice now to buy a code for my son and it keeps faulting out
AFTER I HAVE PUT IN ALL MY DETAILS INCUNDING MY CREDIT CARD
I hope it has not took my money as I still not got a serial key for my son

I have emailed them BUT got nothing back

ANY HELP

You have gone where?

What do you mean by "faulting out"? Exactly what happened? If you got
an error message, please quote it verbatim.

I'm talking about Forta Agent

I will tell you in detail

1...Went to Forta agent site and click on the buy button

2....Filled in all details

3....Clicked pay

4....select payment type

5....Filled in all details with credit card

6.....Came back with Technical fault on site please try again

I STILL have not had anything back from them

No wonder people get cracks for it when they do not bother to get back to you when you want to PAY
for it

An actual URL would be useful to let us know if you went to the real
site, or that of scammers (who now have your credit card
information).

Their site says you get "World Class Support" and "90 days of free
email support with any Agent purchase". If you've been reading this
group for a while, you'll have seen that at least some of their
"support" is "Go ask on auofa".

"Forta Agent" is some SDK/CLI toolkit for NPM/Java.

They support is CRAP if it was not for this group and a few dedicated people like RALPH
it would have gone under and no one would have it.

Have you checked/enquired to see whether there has been any charge
against the credit card?

All of my accounts are accessible on-line, and would immediately show
any activity, either pending or completed. That would at least put
your concerns to rest of wrongful debits.

Once that's cleared up, as your point 6 sez, try again.

If you use Google Maps to locate the mailing address shown for Forte,
you'll find it is a RESIDENTIAL suburb -- two or three car garage, etc.

The odds are very good that there is just one feeble old man left
running the company. After all, it has been 30 years since initial release,
he's probably on Social Security and Medicare by now. <G>
