If you are using Agent -

to kill file anyone who uses more than a single question mark in the
Subject:, or any question mark at all in their From: -

subject: {\?\?} or author: {\?}

This will not filter out legitimate Subjects containing a single
question mark.

One of those phony drug dealers uses a ? in their From:
