I want to selectively save many messages from Agent to a local Win 10
File Explorer folder. With a message selected in the 'main' window
(column headings 'Status', 'Lines', etc), the keystrokes

Alt + f
m

will open the 'Save Message As...' dialogue.
But the subject box is empty.

Ideally I'd like it to contain the subject of the actual message. (I'm
surprised that's not the default.) I could obviously first switch to the
message content window and use mouse and keystrokes to copy Subject to
the clipboard, then open the Save dialogue and paste it in. But is there
a quicker way please?

Terry

Do you mean the 'Save Messages As...' dialogue? Noting the plural
word "Messages" in the dialogue's title bar?

By 'subject' box, do you mean the 'filename' box?

It was designed for saving multiple messages, e.g. a whole folder full
of messages, which typically can have different subjects to each other.
It has no special case extra feature like this when you want to save
only a single message.

I am not aware of any quicker way.

Thanks anyway Ralph, I'll do it the tedious way then ;-)

Sometimes, especially for anything I might loosely regard as a
'project', I need to refer to files in both an Agent folder and a Win 10
folder of the same name. Duplication and delay in finding stuff.
