All up and initialized with my basic apps and want to create an image
backup at this level of app installations.

MR says I do not have all partitions needed ... maybe ???

I see three partitions, the C: and the second one that looks like a
system restore partition. I cannot see this partition in Explorer. Is
not just C: needed to do an Image restore ?
The third is a 256G SD card I use for data.

I do the other partition separately because I do not want to have a huge
restore file to copy around. Rather, two smaller one I like better.

That's a GPT partitioned disk. The first partition is 100MB.
It is the ESP, EFI System Partition, and has a Microsoft folder
in it for boot manager materials. You need to back up the ESP,
so the OS can boot.

You need to back up C: as that is your OS.

The third partition (on the right), is the 604MB one with
WinRE on it. That WinRE is suited to booting the computer
if C: is toasted. Part of Windows recovery, involves the
usage of the WinRE in there.

As it turns out then, all three of those partitions should
be backed up.

On a legacy MSDOS partitioned disk, you would not have a
100MB ESP.
