1. To increase the size of the fonts in the message body pane only,
go to
Tools >> Options >> Display >> Fonts
and increase the size of the two fonts
1.1 "Variable-pitch body"
1.2 "Fixed-pitch body".
Do not increase the size of any other fonts on that panel.

2. If you have a check-mark in the setting "Use the variable pitch body font"
then increasing the size of the "Variable-pitch body" font will also
increase the size of the fonts in the message list. In that case,
2.1 Remove the check-mark from "Use the variable pitch body font";
2.2 Set the "Message list" font back to the size it used to be
or what you want it to be there.

3. If you have more than one language in the "Fonts for the language"
drop-down, you will need to repeat this for each language in the
drop-down. Each language has its own font settings.
