In the last few days when I click on a message in a Newsgroup thread, I
often get the message opened twice; once in the message pane and once in
a full-screen view. I've even had several posts open in full-screen; I
think this occurred when clicking the top OP post.

This has stopped occurring now. And I've not updated BB, so it must have
been a local aberration. When I first discovered it, I suspected a mouse
misfunction (somehow clicking twice in itself) but it only happened on
BB posts, never anywhere else, although I tested it widely on files of
all sorts in my Windows folders.
And no, I haven't had a sudden attack of old-age palsy.
