The title of the article at the top of this page

- originally I entered smart quotes and the result was format problems. I replaced the smart quotes with HTML, and the problem persists. I have a feeling it must be due to the file header. Can anyone help? Thanks.

The main heading has ‘smart’ single quotes as numeric character
references in HTML markup:
<h1><i>Why we need more not less ‘unemployment’</i></h1>
And there are no apparent “format problems”. So you need to specify what
you regard as a problem here.

Thanks to all you guys, problem now sorted.

The validator shows 16 errors and 3 warnings though I can't for the life of me see anything wrong with the page.

Now using Windows 10.
