Johnny was told how to check if his Usenet provider would add the new
newsgroup, and then that Usenet provider get it peered to that
provider's peering partners. Guess Johnny hasn't bothered to try, or
his Usenet provider said No. Need an update from Johnny on what
happened when he tried, if he tried. Last we heard from Johnny was over
2 months ago, so it was not important to Johnny.
