Back before I abandoned Firefox for Pale Moon when the extension I used
to turn Javascript on and off stopped working (its developer felt the
same way about Web Extensions as I admittely did) I regularly found and
deleted the cookies.sqlite file to keep those rascally trackers at bay.
I kept it up with Pale Moon until I had to crawl back to FF after one
too many websites broke.

Anyway, I'm ashamed to admit this but I haven't seen a cookies.sqlite
file anywhere in my profile since returning, even after turning all
cookies on to unbreak a site as I occasionally have to do. Is it still
in C:\users\username\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Profiles\(Default Profile
Name) on Windows? If not, where's it hiding? Are cookies kept in
another file or location now? Could Privacy Badger-the only extension
I'm using-be involved with its disappearance?

Oops-almost forgot. 114.0.2 on 64-bit Windows 10.

Three years old, already saw it, merely reinforces what I said.
Cookies.sqlite isn't where it used to be (which is in that first profile
folder the article lists) and I can't find it anywhere else.

Other than that, thanks for trying to help.

Before posting I tried that solution - opened the folder pointed to in
about:support - on my wife's Win10 machine. It was there, with today's
filedate.

But I now see that's 102.12esr. So if it's gone it's since 102.

I'm on Windows 10 with Firefox 114.0.2, and I have cookies.sqlite
with today's date. It doesn't have a "hidden" or "system" attribute.
