Looks like a rust bomb was dropped on it. Case probably salvageable. PSU
can probably be replaced.

" Case has some significant rust and paint issues. Power supply has rust
on the enclosure. Entire computer smells musty. It was obviously stored
in a damp location. However, it does seem to work. Uncertain about the
reliability of the floppy drive."

Well, whoever picks it up needs to provide planar photos (better - and unconcealed - than the potato that the seller is using as a camera)...

I think that this board has on board IDE drive capability.

Some hi-res photos would be nice. All we have is this low-res piece from
MadMax:
https://www.ardent-tool.com/Reply/Power_55.jpg

And yeah, as I mentioned in the backchannel email, it seems to be the
usual PowerBoard deal: Socket 3, single-chip system controller from
Lacuna, Cirrus Logic video, IBM "Galaxy" I/O controller, on-board IDE
(probably controlled by the QFP Adaptec part). It has pads for a 128-pin
L2 cache socket, but it's not populated here unfortunately...

It is still a good buy for anyone that wanted a reply planer... I know what they cost when they were brand new...

Yea, not too bad considering the rarity of it...

And yes, it should take both - industry standard and IBM parity modules.
Possibly even ECC, since the memory controller supports it. Reply's
later firmware and setup ignores the SIMM PD info altogether and instead
goes for a clone-like memory detection (enable the banks one by one and
try addressing them).
