Work fine for me on Win10 64bit 22H2; and that's with privacy badger, ad
block plus, and DuckduckGo privacy essentials add-ons engaged. Try
loading the page with FF in troubleshoot mode (click on "Help" on the
menu bar and then on the option "Troubleshoot mode"). If it works
properly, you probable have an add on that's interfering.

It works for me when I disable javascript-killer software in FF 72
under Win-7.

I see loads of wordy bits, a texty form and an image of two humans
looking quizzically at a silvery techy thingy. Is that what should
show up?

Perhaps you have a java-blocker running? Mine is No-Script and it
does a fine job of blocking Googleshit.

Do you mean the page loads? Or it works after it's loaded.?

My apologies for not going into this detail before.

I filled in all 4 fields, first and last name, email, phone number,
message, but when I put the cursor over Send, a circle with a slash
though it appeared and I could not click Send.

You don't get that circle?

Well, after trying over and over yesterday, now it's working for me too.
I wrote them yesterday, but surely they didn't have time to fix it in
the hour between my posting here and your posting here.
