Unable to make any contact, from RiscOS or Windows.

xencentrichosting.uk does not resolve, nor my own domain.

POPStar fails, as does Clawsmail. Several browsers tried.

Nothing on their twitter a/c for 20 hours + now?

Anyone else??

something happened yesterday. Now seems to be working again. but getting
same issue still re - resolving not resolving.

The DNS is working again, which it wasn't before. Until that propagates,
the IP is:

www.xencentrichosting.uk. 0 IN CNAME xencentrichosting.uk.
mail.xencentrichosting.uk. 0 IN CNAME xencentrichosting.uk.
xencentrichosting.uk. 0 IN A 193.35.57.251
russellhafter.me.uk. 0 IN A 193.35.57.251

(in other words, you can use that IP in place of the hostname for now - the
system appears to be a single machine)

Since they have set a TTL of zero (the first digit column above) I would
expect DNS propagation to be fairly quick as it forces uncached accesses.
It is possible the TTL was previously much longer (up to a day, typicaly),
so it could be a while before older cached accesses catch up.

Yes, it all started working again late yesterday morning. A
Couple of brief statements on twitter too, about the DNS
problems (which I had deduced, since nothing resolved).

I have not had any outages since, though I was not in a
position to try until about 1530 yesterday - I work on a
Thursday and have a dedicated User on my Windows machine for
work, which makes no use of xenCentric for anything.

I think that there are at least two servers? some of us use
cPanel to administer our domain(s), others use DirectAdmin.
According to one of the twitter postings, only those using
cPanel were affected.
