Minor update for GMake is now available - this package now supports the $(delay) function to emulate sleeping, without having to start a new process. Different time units are available.

TNS/E and TNS/X builds are available for this package. Tne source is availalbe on the ITUGLIB GitHub site at: https://github.com/ituglib/gmake
