How do I prevent firefox from EVER attempting to start or restart any
page that I didn't specifically ask for via a link, a bookmark or a
direct URL entry? What I want is no restores of any kind EVER regardless
of whether the last page had crashed FF but most certainly not if it did
crash it. I want my home as well as any and all automatically stated
pages to be blank pages.

I've done this before with the exception of doing it the second time to
revert the flag to true. But I don't know how to edit this into a
user.js file so every time I turn around it's back enabled again after
some upgrade, migration or whatever.
