Just installed TB 115.4.1 on Win 11... and notice that one of the
*What's New* items in the release notes for by-passed v115.4.0 is
missing... and the promised action doesn't happen/appear/work:

"The first item should please a lot of posters here: "Added account
context menu to Unified Toolbar *Get Messages* button, creating quick
access option to retrieve new messages for individual accounts."

That is the exact patch that got pulled from 115.4.0. Turned out it
requires a feature that isn't provided on the 115 platform.
