Still trying to get to the bottom of an issue with thread viewing in TB
115, as expounded in "Update broke usenet thread viewing". May also be
related to the thread "Unable to read collapsed threads".

I've rolled back to TB 102.15.1 (64-bit) under Windows 10 Pro 22H2
(64-bit), which fixed my immediate problem, but noticed something I
can't explain.

Settings/General/Open messages in: A new tab
Message Store Type for new accounts: File per message (though this
appears to be ignored for usenet newsgroups)

View/Threads is set to All; Sorted By is Date, Threaded; threads are
collapsed

Double-clicking on a thread produces various behaviours:

- in Local Folders/Phil it opens all the messages in a thread, each in a
separate tab
- in Local Folders/Phil/Sent it opens all the messages in a thread, each
in a separate window
- in Usenet newsgroups (all, AFAICS) it opens the first message in the
thread (which is what I want it to do). This is the behaviour that had
changed after the upgrade to 115.

Why the difference? Is there a setting somewhere that controls this on a
folder-by-folder basis?
