Hello,

Just a message to indicate that Enigmail 3.1.5 runs fine with
SM 2.52.17.1 after a reconfiguration. I don't remember where I have
read that only Enigmail 2 ran with SM.

I've been using 3.1.4 without problems. Apparently it doesn't update
automatically so I had to install 3.1.5 manually.

Are you able to change the owner trust of a newly imported key? I
noticed that, while I can certify a key, I don't get the "Change" button
for "You rely on certifications".

I changed the behavior in Enigmail 3.x. You can only set the owner trust:

a) for own keys
b) for keys that you signed before.

The reason for this is that there is no point in trusting certifications
for keys that you didn't verify. And verification is done via signing a key.

* in 3.1.7 and 3.1.6 (probably the earlier versions too) a separate
message window gets two Enigmail menu items.

It looks like there is an overlay XUL with a menu item that applies to a
Compose window and (b) a menu item injected by code in the main
Mail/news window. However an independent message window gets both.

This CSS hides a duplicate entry:

Thanks, I released Enigmail 3.1.8 which fixes this (and some other bugs).

OpenPGP.js is found after de-selecting and then re-selecting it and
restarting SM (or there is a engine failure debug pop-up when sending a
message) but Setup Wizard hangs.

Debug log (text not selectable, doesn't reflow with window resize)
includes lines like this

I recommend you configure Enigmail manually without using the wizard.
This looks like the IMAP server of GMX is not responding, or not
providing the relevant data (I'm not sure how much of the IMAP protocol
is really supported by GMX).
