SM 2.53.17.1 is taking around 10-15 seconds to close network connection.
Win 7. It never used to do that until about a month ago. It used to
be instant. I've looked at everything I could think of, tcp/ip,
networks, connections viewer, process explorer, system startup, etc. to
no avail.

I may have changed something about a month ago or it could be due to a
recent game install.

Any ideas or suggestions on what to look for?
Does SM have a TIME_WAIT config? I did not see anything in the config
files.

I restarted with add-ons permanently disabled and the close connection
lag is gone. Back to instant. Now to find out which add-on was causing
the problem.
