Well, if I remember well the whole administration of Munich already went
to Linux years ago, only to be replaced with Windows again once the
contracts were up for negotiation again.

Fascinating how that goes in waves. Munich was I think first out, then
they switched back to windows after microsoft promised an R&D center in
the region. I wonder if they will, yet again, switch back to linux in the
future?
