firefox-119.0-1.fc38.x86_64 (the fc means Fedora Code 38 [Linux])

Is the a way to get Firefox to do subtabs
like Vivaldi?

Indeed!!!! But they are subgroups under
a single tab.

Can I make the same mess with Firefox?

I've seen something like this in the past - pre Web Extensions. There is
an addon 'Tree style Tab' but the tabs are on the left. There may be
others.
